Proclinical is seeking a Territory Manager to join a dynamic team in the Kassel/Gießen region. In this role, you will play a key part in achieving sales targets, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and promoting innovative diabetes medical devices. Job Responsibility:
Achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the diabetes sector
Develop and manage user and prescriber relationships to enhance business and foster brand loyalty
Promote brand awareness and drive demand for the product portfolio in your territory
Design and deliver training programs for customers and patients
Organize and manage regular sales and training events
Collaborate with marketing, market access, and customer service teams to ensure optimal customer care
Utilize and demonstrate data management software effectively
Maintain a thorough understanding of healthcare funding and key decision-makers in the region
Conduct field activities professionally and adhere to established guidelines
Handle administrative tasks promptly and efficiently
Assist with additional responsibilities as needed
Requirements:
Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills
Team-oriented with a proactive and adaptable approach
Sound business acumen and ability to work independently
Basic computer proficiency
Fluent in German
Proven experience in sales within the medical technology industry or a related field
Excellent organizational, planning, and pipeline management skills
Valid driving license and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region
Comfortable working in clinics, practices, and a home office environment
