Territory Manager

• Drive business performance in London, through Partner Marketing, Advertising sales, and Visibility
• Build and optimise the operational performance of our restaurant offerings
• Identify new partnership opportunities with top restaurants within your territory
• Address complex support issues with timely resolutions for our restaurant partners
• Cultivate deep relationships with restaurant partners, identifying opportunities to grow their delivery business
• Live and breath our Market place and provide on-the-ground knowledge and context about the city to the wider Deliveroo team
• Act as an ambassador of Deliveroo's mission, brand, and product

• Some Commercial experience or Restaurant/hospitality experience would be an advantage
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• Ability to take the initiative and adapt to constantly changing work environments
• Desire to work with restaurants and build strategic partnerships, creating positive and lasting relationships
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly autonomous with excellent organisation and time management skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to interpret and devise data-based strategies

Additional language abilities: Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese, Swahili, Mandarin, Cantonese, Urdu, Korean, Vietnamese, Thai, Japanese or Bahasa/Malay
