We are in search of a proactive and dynamic medical sales professional to champion life-changing technologies and products within the Newcastle & Central Coast territory. As a Territory Manager, you will play a pivotal role in educating and supporting healthcare professionals, reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager.
Job Responsibility:
Promote product awareness through exceptional face-to-face and virtual interactions with health care specialists
Deliver high-quality educational sessions to healthcare professionals and consumers to shape new care standards
Act as a trusted advisor for technology use, including mobile apps, data portals, and clinical software
Maintain quarterly KPIs for coverage and frequency, with a focus on high-value primary care accounts
Manage expenditures and budgets to meet established spending KPIs
Oversee the use of Salesforce and other internal systems to ensure optimal territory effectiveness
Collaborate with state and national team members to facilitate broad product adoption
Understand and communicate complex clinical data and disease state knowledge confidently
Adhere to corporate ethics and stringent compliance procedures
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Business, or a related field
A passion for healthcare and a drive to impact patient lives through world-class technology
Strong business acumen coupled with a customer-centric, solution-focused approach
Technical and clinical proficiency, with the ability to communicate scientific information to HCPs
Exceptional communication and listening skills to foster meaningful stakeholder connections
The ability to thrive both independently and within a collaborative team environment
Tech-savviness and comfort with data-driven sales tools and digital health ecosystems
A valid Australian Driving Licence and a willingness to travel as required
