Job Description

As Territory Manager for Brunswick, you’ll take ownership of a well-established multi-million dollar territory with the mission to coach your team, lift in-store execution, and make a visible commercial impact across an iconic portfolio of brands.

Job Responsibility

  • Leading, coaching and developing your to deliver consistent, high-quality execution
  • Build strong relationships with key in-store stakeholders across your territory
  • Drive merchandising standards, compliance and promotional execution across Coles, Woolworths and Independents
  • Spotting and converting incremental sales opportunities within existing accounts
  • Managing your patch with real ownership—using data, judgement and local knowledge to improve performance
  • Partnering with the broader field team to deliver state and national priorities consistently and at pace

Requirements

  • Experience in FMCG, grocery, retail or a similarly fast-paced customer-facing environment
  • The ability to build credibility quickly and influence outcomes at store level
  • Proven experience leading, coaching or motivating others to lift performance
  • A strong eye for execution, detail and standards
  • Good commercial judgement and the ability to balance relationships with results
  • Strong planning, ownership and follow-through
  • A practical, hands-on leadership style with the energy to stay close to the work and support your team to win
