Job Description

Proclinical is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales growth and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and patients in the diabetes sector. In this role, you will provide training, support, and education to customers while promoting brand awareness and loyalty. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer care and contribute to the success of the organization within your assigned territory.

Job Responsibility

  • Achieve or exceed sales targets within the designated territory
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the diabetes sector, including private practices, clinics, and hospitals
  • Provide training and education to customers and patients on product use and benefits
  • Organize and manage sales and training events within the territory
  • Demonstrate technical knowledge of diabetes products and market competitors
  • Collaborate with marketing, market access, and customer service teams to enhance customer experience
  • Utilize data management software to support customer engagement and decision-making
  • Understand healthcare funding processes and engage with relevant stakeholders
  • Conduct field activities professionally and adhere to company guidelines
  • Complete administrative tasks efficiently and assist with additional responsibilities as needed

Requirements

  • Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proactive and adaptable with sound business acumen
  • Familiarity with the diabetes community and healthcare professionals is advantageous
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Fluency in German is required
  • English proficiency is a plus
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the medical technology or diabetes sector
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills, with a focus on pipeline management

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with the diabetes community and healthcare professionals is advantageous
  • English proficiency is a plus
