Job Description:

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is the global edge-to-cloud company helping companies connect, protect, analyze, and act on their data from edge to cloud. The role involves driving sales, managing pipelines, consultative customer relationships, and leveraging specialized expertise for HPE's networking products and solutions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Responsible for creating and driving their sales pipeline
  • capture leads outside specialization and uses closed-loop lead management
  • maintains knowledge of competitors in account to strategically position the company’s products and services better
  • provide support to Account managers regarding business development and solution expertise
  • establish a consultative relationship with clients, up to C-level for mid-to-large accounts
  • invest time working with external partners to deliver sales
  • develop quota objectives and future direction for defined product category

Requirements:

  • University or Bachelor’s degree / directly related previous work experience
  • demonstrated achievement of progressively higher quota, diversity of business customer, and higher-level customer interface
  • extensive selling experience within Commercial /Enterprise Sectors and in similar products
  • typically, 8-12 years of advanced sales experience
  • project management skills required
  • 2-3 years of product sales in the desired specialty

Nice to have:

  • Account planning and accurate account revenue forecasting skills
  • collaborates with management and sales teams in shared accounts to ensure seamless integration
  • expertise in program/project management methods and processes
  • selling outsourcing deals
  • maintains expertise on IT at all levels
