Job Responsibility:
Recruit, build, and lead a network of high-performing self-employed sales agents across your region
Coach, mentor, and develop your team to maximize their sales performance, product knowledge, and customer engagement
Drive regional revenue growth and execute regional sales strategies by setting clear targets and ensuring consistent execution in the field
Monitor sales performance and pipeline metrics, identifying trends and acting quickly to optimize results
Support agents in closing key opportunities, helping them navigate complex deals and remove obstacles
Build strong relationships with partners, local stakeholders, and business communities to strengthen market presence
Represent myPOS at industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings across your territory
Report regularly on performance, market insights, and growth opportunities to senior leadership
Requirements:
Proven experience leading regional sales teams, ideally in fintech, payments, SaaS, or technology
A strong track record of consistently exceeding sales targets in competitive markets
Hands-on experience working with field sales teams or self-employed sales agents
The ability to build, motivate, and scale high-performance commercial teams
A hunter mindset combined with strong leadership and coaching capabilities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
A leadership style that inspires trust, ownership, and accountability
Fluent French and English
