Job Responsibility:
Recruit, train, and mentor a team of self-employed sales agents to achieve and exceed regional targets
Provide ongoing coaching to enhance skills, product knowledge, and customer engagement techniques
Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture within your region, aligned with company values
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive growth in line with business objectives
Monitor and analyse sales data to identify trends, optimize performance, and create actionable plans
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine go-to-market strategies and enhance value propositions
Build and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders and partners in the region
Act as a trusted advisor to your assigned agents, supporting them in closing deals and overcoming challenges
Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and customer meetings to boost brand visibility
Ensure efficient territory management and account prioritization for team members
Regularly report on team performance, challenges, and opportunities to senior leadership
Uphold compliance with company policies and local regulatory requirements
Requirements:
Proven experience in a sales leadership role managing regionally dispersed teams, preferably in the fintech, payments, or technology sectors
A strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with hands-on experience in field sales, based on a self-employed model
Exceptional leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a self-employed team
Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach and attention to detail
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Fluent in French & English
