Our client, a rapidly growing nutraceutical company, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Territory Manager to lead their Medical Representative team across Punjab, J&K, and Rajasthan. Job Responsibility:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Medical Representatives to achieve sales targets within the Punjab, J&K, and Rajasthan territories
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's market share and customer base
Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews
Ensure effective territory management and optimize resource allocation
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and distributors
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges
Conduct regular field visits to coach and support the sales team
Manage budgets and ensure profitability within the assigned territories
Report on sales performance, market insights, and team activities to senior management
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industry
At least 2 years of experience in a team handling or leadership role
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong understanding of the medical representative role and sales strategies
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to travel extensively within Punjab, J&K, and Rajasthan
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Pharmacy, Science, Business Administration)
