Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and highly professional Territory Manager, also known as a Medical Representative, to join our team in the Pharma/Healthcare/Lifesciences industry. This contract position offers a significant opportunity to drive our business forward within the Bihar region.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage and develop a designated sales territory to achieve business objectives
  • Conduct regular meetings with doctors and chemists to promote our products and build strong relationships
  • Effectively manage and lead a team, providing guidance and support to ensure performance targets are met
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the assigned territory
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
  • Provide comprehensive product knowledge and support to healthcare professionals
  • Ensure all activities comply with company policies and industry regulations

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 10 years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience in team management, doctor meetings, and chemist meetings
  • Any Science Graduate degree is acceptable
  • Strong understanding of the Pharma/Healthcare/Lifesciences sector
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and proactively drive results
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Purnea, Bihar (854301), India
