Job Responsibility:
Promote and increase knowledge and usage of wound care solutions into Hospitals and Community Care
Manage, develop and grow new and existing customer accounts, including Key Accounts
Build loyal relationships with customers at all levels including Nurses, Procurement and Key Opinion Leaders
Regularly present and promote products and their applications
Maintain awareness of all sales opportunities, competitor activity and performance plan
Meet KPIs around activity and objectives
Attend exhibitions and conferences as required
Requirements:
Strong drive, ambition and a flexible approach to the role
Tenacity, passion and hunger for growth and results
Great business acumen and the focus, determination, and drive to achieve targets
Clear and confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
Either a clinical background with a current AHPRA Nursing Registration or experience as a medical sales representative
