Job Responsibility:
Provide routine and emergency technical support, color matching expertise, and product training to A, B, C, and D shop customers and employees
Support business development calls, actively participate in the conversion process of new customers, and gather market intelligence on competitive threats and trends
Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Paint & Body preparation and detailing operations, and recommend best practices for preventive maintenance
Build and maintain strong relationships with store team members, customers and distribution centers
Promote our programs to ensure maximum adherence: plan sales efforts with dedicated sales force and collaborate with Banner Coordinators to increase market penetration
Hold regular business reviews with store managers
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
Sales and business development skills with good budget and analytical experience
