Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Provide routine and emergency technical support, color matching expertise, and product training to A, B, C, and D shop customers and employees
  • Support business development calls, actively participate in the conversion process of new customers, and gather market intelligence on competitive threats and trends
  • Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Paint & Body preparation and detailing operations, and recommend best practices for preventive maintenance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store team members, customers and distribution centers
  • Promote our programs to ensure maximum adherence: plan sales efforts with dedicated sales force and collaborate with Banner Coordinators to increase market penetration
  • Hold regular business reviews with store managers

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Sales and business development skills with good budget and analytical experience
