Your new role as Territory Manager - NSW South & ACT will be to drive revenue growth and customer success across the assigned region.

Job Responsibility

  • Achieve and exceed regional sales targets in line with company forecasts through increasing market share presence by winning new business and strengthening existing accounts
  • Deliver exceptional technical and customer support, positioning the organisation as a trusted partner in life science research and applications
  • Primarily act as the customer's main liaison through mainly face to face interactions (80-90% of the role) and build long term relationships through consultative, value based selling approach
  • Leverage digital tools (e.g., Dynamics CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Teams) to drive engagement and track opportunities
  • Monitor account and product sales performance, identify trends, and implement timely corrective actions
  • Maintain strong technical knowledge of the product portfolio to provide credible support and advice through attending regular product training provided locally
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams on campaigns, events, and exhibitions to maximise customer engagement, ensuring generated leads are followed up within 48hrs of receipt in Dynamics CRM
  • Conduct product demonstrations, customer training, and basic maintenance as required
  • Actively contribute to Sales & Marketing meetings with market insights and customer feedback

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in BSc (Hons) in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, or related discipline
  • Ideally 2+ years of experience working in the Lifescience industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative team mindset
  • Sales-driven and customer-centric mindset with focus on delivering value
  • Proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems
  • Ability to travel interstate and internationally as required
  • Commercial acumen with ability to identify and convert new opportunities
