Job Description

We are looking for a driven and passionate Territory Manager to join our high-performing team on a permanent full-time basis, covering 31 stores in the Riverina, Wagga Wagga region - from Griffith to Cowra and south to Tumut. The Territory Manager will be based in Wagga Wagga and report to the Zone Manager, and will contribute to the continued development of our iconic market-leading brands by growing and maintaining business partnerships in the grocery channel.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and mentor a team of 3 part time direct reports
  • Superior execution against compliance activities and incremental opportunities
  • Strict adherence to provided OH & S guidelines
  • Contribute effectively as a member of the NSW field team
  • Effective management of your merchandiser budget
  • Liaising with key decision makers in store

Requirements

  • FMCG experience is preferred but not essential
