Job Responsibility:

  • As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be the main point of contact for our sales partners in your area on all matters relating to our products and services
  • You are responsible for achieving sales in your sales area
  • You maintain close contact with dealers and develop a new dealer network
  • You will be in close contact with the sales management team at PÖTTINGER Scandinavia and the company headquarters in Austria
  • This position also requires a willingness to travel
  • You support our partners in selling to end customers
  • You plan local trade fairs, field days and demonstrations together with our dealers
  • You promote sales activities, build up brand awareness among our end customers and associated marketing and social media activities
  • You will work closely with the Area Service Manager to develop dealers professionally
  • You will take into account market needs and customer feedback and inform your manager and the Austrian headquarters
  • You regularly work with your colleagues from sales, promotion and service departments

Requirements:

  • You have several years’ experience in agricultural sales in Finland and have established a strong dealer network
  • You have in-depth knowledge of PÖTTINGER products, competitors, customers, and farm structures in your area
  • You are communicative, have a professional appearance, and can inspire your conversation partners with your enthusiasm
  • You keep calm even in tricky situations and find suitable solutions
  • You have a strong personality and are confident and determined when the situation calls for it
