As the Territory Manager for Victoria, you will take ownership of major hospital accounts across the state. Operating as a dedicated product specialist and brand representative, you will provide clinical and technical expertise to hospital teams, theatre staff, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to drive product adoption and brand loyalty.
Job Responsibility
Manage existing customers, identify new business opportunities, and execute robust sales pipeline strategies across the territory
Provide hands on, in theatre support during clinical cases, including setting up units/instruments, advising on product usage, and troubleshooting technical problems
Deliver technical and clinical product training to customers, alongside organizing and supporting local workshops, congresses, and exhibitions
Ensure demo products are effectively utilised to support sales and clinical activities, while collaborating closely with the wider state and national teams to ensure seamless customer support
Requirements
Bachelor Degree
Degree or Diploma in Nursing, Medical Science, or Business Management
At least 3 to 5 years of successful medical device sales experience, ideally within the electrosurgical market or similar field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passionate, self motivated, and collaborative team player mindset
Proven capability in developing and executing commercial growth strategies and managing pipelines
