Job Responsibility:
Manage and grow a high-potential territory (Montreal, Quebec, occasional Ottawa)
Conduct 30+ face-to-face calls per week — a mix of warm, cold, and follow-ups
Visit ~7 dental offices per day to educate, demonstrate, and sell
Run in-office demos, clinical conversations, and product training
Build strong relationships with dentists, hygienists, assistants, practice managers, and distributors (Schein, Patterson, K-Dental, Sinclair, etc.)
Train distributor reps and co-travel with them to clinics
Attend trade shows, CE events, and study clubs
Execute territory plans, manage CRM (Salesforce), handle expenses, and hit monthly/quarterly/annual targets
Travel overnight approx. every 5 weeks (e.g., Quebec City trips)
Requirements:
Dental Hygienist or Dental Assistant experience (3–5+ years preferred)
Strong understanding of the dental practice workflow
Fully bilingual (French/English)
Passion for education, relationship-building, and being on the road
Self-motivated, organized, resilient, and comfortable with high call volume
Nice to have:
Some exposure to sales, brand ambassadorship, or product training
Experience working with dental distributors
Comfort with CRM tools (Salesforce a bonus)
