About the Role: We’re seeking a proactive and driven Territory Manager to join a high-performing sales team covering the Brisbane region. In this role, you’ll be responsible for educating and supporting healthcare professionals with life-changing medical technologies. Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager, you will play a key role in delivering tailored solutions to support patient care and drive business growth.

Job Responsibility:

Strategically manage your territory to achieve sales targets and growth objectives
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, providing education, training, and ongoing support
Promote value-added services that contribute to improved patient outcomes
Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities across the territory
Work cross-functionally with internal teams to align sales initiatives with broader business goals
Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and product knowledge to ensure you remain a trusted advisor to your clients

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Science or a related field
Previous experience in a territory management role within medical devices or pharmaceuticals is highly desirable
Strong business acumen and a customer-centric, solutions-focused approach
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clinical stakeholders
Self-motivated and driven to succeed both independently and within a collaborative team
Technical aptitude and the ability to convey clinical benefits in a clear and compelling manner
