This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office. Job Responsibility:

  • Be responsible for a defined set of Enterprise accounts in Finland (small and medium businesses)
  • Seek out new opportunities and expand and enhance existing opportunities to build and manage the pipeline in specialty areas
  • Establish a professional, working, and consultative, relationship with the client, by developing a core understanding of the unique business needs of the client within their industry
  • Understand client requirements and competitively position company solutions to meet the needs to drive retention strategy
  • Interface with both internal and external/industry experts to anticipate customer needs and facilitate solutions development
  • Maintain knowledge of competitors in accounts to strategically position Aruba's products and services
  • Maintain a strong relationship with HPE Aruba’s partner ecosystem associated to your assigned customer list and nurture relationships to build new opportunities
  • Achieve or overachieve assigned quota

Requirements:

  • University, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent education/experience
  • Typically, 3-5 years sales experience within the IT industry
  • IT Security/Networking sales experience will be preferred
  • Self-driven and a Team player
  • Very good communication and presentation skills
  • Accountability for achieving business results
  • Ability to understand the customer's business issues and translate creatively to the company's solutions
  • Native fluent language skills in Finnish and fluency in English
