Job Responsibility:
Be responsible for a defined set of Enterprise accounts in Finland (small and medium businesses)
Seek out new opportunities and expand and enhance existing opportunities to build and manage the pipeline in specialty areas
Establish a professional, working, and consultative, relationship with the client, by developing a core understanding of the unique business needs of the client within their industry
Understand client requirements and competitively position company solutions to meet the needs to drive retention strategy
Interface with both internal and external/industry experts to anticipate customer needs and facilitate solutions development
Maintain knowledge of competitors in accounts to strategically position Aruba's products and services
Maintain a strong relationship with HPE Aruba’s partner ecosystem associated to your assigned customer list and nurture relationships to build new opportunities
Achieve or overachieve assigned quota
Requirements:
University, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent education/experience
Typically, 3-5 years sales experience within the IT industry
IT Security/Networking sales experience will be preferred
Self-driven and a Team player
Very good communication and presentation skills
Accountability for achieving business results
Ability to understand the customer's business issues and translate creatively to the company's solutions
Native fluent language skills in Finnish and fluency in English
