Job Description

The Territory Field Manager plays a pivotal role in driving profitability and growth for the Farm Seed Division of Seedway. This position is responsible for assisting in the development and execution of marketing plans, promoting the brand, establishing new customer relationships, and growing with existing customers. The Territory Field Manager will implement key marketing activities to maximize organic growth and expand Seedway’s reach in the assigned territory.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • At least 5 years of business-related experience demonstrating advanced marketing and sales leadership skills
  • Proven ability to generate profitable sales, develop a repeat customer base, and gain market share
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain relevant professional certifications in the agronomy industry
