Job Description:

For our entity in the United Kingdom, we are looking for a Territory Business Manager to reinforce our Sales department. Reporting directly to the Regional Business Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Flen Health products in the East of England/East Midlands area, including Bedfordshire, Milton Keynes, Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire, and Lincolnshire. Your main contacts will be wound care professionals in the community, nursing homes and elderly homes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Represent our products and manage the sales for your territory
  • take ownership of your region: think about innovation, new business opportunities, customer needs, market trends, competitor practices to develop a relevant sales strategy with the support of your Manager
  • maintain a strategic business plan aligned with the best practices and standards
  • realise all sales activities from the introduction of new products to presentation and training to customers
  • primary contact for the KOLs in your region to build a long-term relationship
  • act as Flen Health's brand ambassador and represent Flen Health at relevant conferences, congresses and trade fairs
  • ensure our CRM system is maintained in line with company standards
  • work in close cooperation with the Marketing and Medical departments and achieve goals together

Requirements:

  • Paramedical or Nurse degree or equivalent, based on relevant experience
  • initial experience in a similar position in a medical or pharmaceutical environment
  • excellent oral and written communication skills
  • strong customer focus and entrepreneurial spirit
  • data savvy and comfortable with numbers
  • ability to effectively use Microsoft Office, CRM system & Showpad
  • fluent in English
  • valid Driving License
