Our client is a leading designer of innovative medical equipment mounting solutions used in critical care and emergency transport. As the organization expands across Canada, they are seeking a high-performing Territory Account Manager to lead their growth in Western Canada. This is a high-impact role responsible for both hunting new business and expanding existing accounts within the healthcare and EMS sectors. This senior-level territory management role is for a results-oriented sales professional who thrives in a technical, solution-based environment. You will represent a high-growth manufacturer in the medical space, focusing on life-saving equipment integration. Compensation: CA$120,000.00 - CA$250,000.00 per year (Total OTE)
Job Responsibility
Drive direct sales across Ontario, targeting hospitals, EMS agencies, and health authorities
Manage and stimulate the distribution network within the territory
Provide technical demonstrations of mounting systems and medical equipment management solutions
Develop sales forecasts and contribute to territory strategy alongside executive leadership
Navigate complex RFP processes and government-related sales environments
Maintain 50/50 balance between new business acquisition and existing account management
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
5+ years of B2B sales experience, specifically with capital equipment or medical devices
Proven track record in managing complex sales cycles and RFP submissions
Ability to travel frequently across Western Canada
Nice to have
Experience in the EMS/Paramedic field is considered a significant asset
Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset but not mandatory for the Ontario role
