Our client is a leading designer of innovative medical equipment mounting solutions used in critical care and emergency transport. As the organization expands across Canada, they are seeking a high-performing Territory Account Manager to lead their growth in Ontario. This is a high-impact role responsible for both hunting new business and expanding existing accounts within the healthcare and EMS sectors.
Job Responsibility:
Develop sales forecasts and contribute to territory strategy alongside executive leadership
Navigate complex RFP processes and government-related sales environments
Maintain 50/50 balance between new business acquisition and existing account management
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
5+ years of B2B sales experience, specifically with capital equipment or medical devices
Proven track record in managing complex sales cycles and RFP submissions
Experience in the EMS/Paramedic field is considered a significant asset
Ability to travel frequently across Ontario and occasionally to the US/Quebec
Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset but not mandatory for the Ontario role
