Terminal Warehouse Support 1570 W Stearns Rd, Bartlett, IL 60103 IL900 Distribution Transfer Station Full-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 9:00am - 5:00pm OVERVIEW: Find your future at Fastenal! Our distribution center is hiring energetic, team oriented individuals to work in our fast pace warehouse! Working as Full-time Terminal Warehouse Support, you will assist a team of drivers at 1570 W Stearns Rd, Bartlett, IL in loading trucks and pre-departure paperwork. As well as, sorting product that is brought back to the HUB by the driver. Fastenal Company is committed to environmental protection and to providing a safe and healthy workplace for all employees. Job Responsibility

  • Assisting drivers with pre-departure duties
  • Sorting product and loading trucks
  • Completing and processing paperwork
  • Maintain the cleanliness/organization of work area

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or over, due to the nature of work
  • Possess a current full valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located (including successful completion of any applicable graduated license program for your state or province) as well as the ability to meet our driving record requirements to use a company vehicle, as needed
  • Proficient written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
  • Willingness to load and unload trailers
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule/extra time as needed

  • Lift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 100lbs
  • Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)
