Job Description:

Circle K Terminal Latvia in Riga is looking for a professional who will join our Terminal Operations Center as a Terminal Operations Coordinator (temporary position for ~1 year with the possibility to prolong). The role includes monitoring terminal safety, supporting operational tasks, ensuring safety and quality control, effective communication, and developing systems and markets. Job Responsibility:

Monitor terminal safety - alarms, security, and access controls
Organize and support operational tasks – ship and railway import procedures, cross-country deliveries, driver support
Support terminal operations in internal and external (national) systems
Ensure safety and quality control in daily operations
Ensure effective communication with other departments, stakeholders, and customers
Support development and automatization of different systems and markets.

Requirements:

Preferably has higher education (can be in the process of acquiring) or experience in a similar role
Is fluent in Latvian and in English to communicate with Business Units and colleagues in Europe and USA
Is ready to work on 24/7 schedule – day, night, and weekend shifts
Likes to work in a fast-paced environment and with various systems
Is a team player with analytical thinking and a hands-on approach
Has a detailed and self-driven personality.
