Job Description:

Terminal Operations Coordinator position at Circle K Global Fuels Terminal, responsible for operations and maintenance of Circle K operated Terminals globally in Scandinavia, Baltics, Ireland, and USA. Gain knowledge and skills in fuel supply chain and terminal technical and administrative systems.

Job Responsibility:

Monitor terminal safety - alarms, security, and access controls
Organize and support operational tasks – ship and railway import procedures, cross-country deliveries, driver support
Support terminal operations in internal and external systems
Ensure safety and quality control in daily operations
Ensure effective communication with other departments, stakeholders, and customers
Support development and automatization of different systems and markets

Requirements:

Higher education (can be in the process of acquiring) or experience in a similar role
Fluent in Latvian and English
Ready to work on 24/7 schedule – day, night, and weekend shifts
Likes to work in a fast-paced environment and with various systems
Team player with analytical thinking and hands-on approach
Detailed and self-driven personality
