Job Responsibility

Responsible for leading and guiding all terminal superintendents, HSSE supervisors and all other employees in the terminals in safe, efficient, reliable and incident-free operations
Maintain control of the principle operational parameters
Responsible in ensuring that all standard company process and procedures are strictly followed by every employee in the terminal
Accountable in the performance of each terminal in maintaining the quality and quantity of products inside the terminal
Operating and Receiving gains/losses are within acceptable limits
resolves issues on product quality and gains/losses
Responsible/monitors that the terminals operate within the approved Capex and Opex Budget
continuously drive for cost reduction and improving the level of service
coordinates with Engineering in monitoring and completion of Capex and major Opex projects
that projects are delivered on specs and on-time

Job Responsibility

Under the direction of the Mgr, Project & Facility Ops, responsible for the operation and function of the Propane Terminal
Supervises, leads, and develops the Assistant Terminal Manager
Oversees and maintains all facility operations including product handling, equipment operations and product receipt and transfer
Ensures the facility is operating within company budgetary and operational guidelines and provides the highest level of customer service
Provides technical support, training, and any additional assistance to other GROWMARK terminals as needed
Maintains, communicates, and receives product and additive into inventory
Ensures that facility operations meet all state, federal, and company regulatory and safety criteria
Responsible for training and authorizing drivers for access to the terminal
Responsible for troubleshooting facility operations and overseeing repairs from external contractors
Makes recommendations for operational and efficiency improvements
