Terminal Logistics Specialist

• Coordinate day-to-day logistics and service requirements
• Manage enquiries, orders, variations, and service expectations
• Support planning and scheduling activities across multiple business areas
• Help optimise the use of assets and resources
• Review commercial data and support cost recovery activities
• Build productive working relationships and contribute to a positive customer experience

• Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to influence effectively
• Qualifications or experience in supply chain, planning/scheduling, asset management, project management or business studies
• Comfortable working in a shift-based environment and managing the demands that come with flexible hours.
• Understanding of rail networks or Bulk Supply Chain performance (or willingness to learn)
• Solid commercial and logistical awareness
• Ability to manage competing priorities, think ahead, and optimise asset use
• Experience supporting logistics or operational planning within a commercial environment
