Job Description:

The Terminal Coordinator is responsible for overseeing daily operations in one of our busy terminals. You’ll ensure that packages are processed accurately and efficiently for deliveries, returns, and locker restocking. The role involves leading a team of Terminal Workers, monitoring performance, and maintaining smooth workflow throughout the shift. You’ll play a key part in keeping the terminal organized, on time, and ready to meet customer expectations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Terminal Workers to meet shift goals
  • Oversee the accurate processing of packages for deliveries, returns, and locker restocking
  • Maintain a positive, productive, and safe working environment in the terminal
  • Quickly identify operational challenges and implement solutions
  • Collaborate with Terminal Managers and Logistics Team Leaders to optimize workflows
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide regular feedback to the team
  • Support drivers and other teams to ensure seamless delivery operations

Requirements:

  • Experience in logistics
  • Proactive, positive, and enjoys taking initiative
  • Thrives in a team environment and knows how to motivate others
  • Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written)
  • Flexible with working hours and open to shift work, including evenings and nights
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
