Job Description:

Assembles various components, sub-assemblies into final assemblies; tensioners, snubbers, guides. Inspects and prepares for shipment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Completes SPC-required reports
  • Assembles packing boxes, oils assemblies and packs for shipment
  • Prepares timing systems for shipment
  • Uses mathematical calculations involving decimals, semi-complicated gauging equipment and prepares SPC graphics
  • Makes significant decisions based on established guidelines
  • Performs work in accordance with several specific safety procedures
  • Close visual effort required for extended periods
  • Keep work area in a neat and orderly fashion
  • Adhere to Global Star Safety Program
  • Take every precaution reasonable for safety
  • Report all injuries and/or possible dangerous situations, incidents, or occurrences to the immediate supervisor

  • Uses mathematical calculations involving decimals, semi-complicated gauging equipment (i.e., micrometers, verniers) and prepares SPC graphics
  • Makes significant decisions based on established guidelines
  • Performs work in accordance with several specific safety procedures
  • Close visual effort required for extended periods
  • Incumbent will keep work area in a neat and orderly fashion
  • Adhere to Global Star Safety Program, including safety rules, practices and training
  • Take every precaution reasonable in the given circumstance for the protection of themselves and coworkers
