The Tennis Guest Services Agent is responsible for delivering exceptional service to Four Seasons residents and guests, ensuring a high-quality, engaging, and personalized experience. This role is responsible for the experience at the reception desk of the Recreation outlet and ensuring our guests have a smooth arrival and departure experience. This role will assist the Manager to ensure all recreation areas are in optimal condition while maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism.
Job Responsibility:
Managing the reception desk by greeting guests, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing appointment schedule, and checking out guests
responding to all guest needs and special requests
utilizing Point of Sales System to accurately charge the guest for services and retail items
recommending retail products to guests and describing tennis services and related activities
providing exceptional service by handling all member and guest interactions with professionalism, resolving complaints, and accommodating special requests
reporting maintenance issues to the manager
assisting Tennis Attendants with responsibilities and duties in their absence or due to heavy volume periods
working closely with tennis professionals and other staff during lessons and events
performing other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum 1+ years in guest/customer service role
previous experience preferred in a tennis facility, spa or luxury setting
knowledge of the sport is a plus
experience with computers and Microsoft applications required
customer service experience with attention to detail
excellent customer service skills and a strong work ethic
efficient, well organized, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously
professional manner, discretion, and appearance
confident, outgoing personality and a can-do approach
ability to continuously stand, walk, and run for 8 or more hours a day
ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs
ability to be outside for extended periods of time
fluency in English
current work authorization in the United States
