Job Description:

The Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i is looking for a Tennis Attendant who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our teams’ have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. The Tennis Attendant is an integral part of the Tennis Center. This position ensures the needs of all Tennis guests are met.

Job Responsibility:

  • Greet and welcome all tennis guests with a warm and professional demeanor
  • Provide tennis garden orientations and advise guests on available tennis activities and programs
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tennis shop and court areas, including performing routine court maintenance to ensure optimal playing conditions
  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of tennis equipment and facilities as needed
  • Support other physical tasks related to the operation and upkeep of the Tennis Center
  • Ensure all guest needs are met promptly and efficiently, delivering exceptional service

Requirements:

  • Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts
  • Weekend and Holiday availability will be required
