As our Tenders and Frameworks Coordinator, you will play a central role in securing new public-sector and framework opportunities, helping drive business growth through compelling, compliant, and strategically aligned submissions. This is a collaborative and commercially important position, ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, precision, and delivering results to tight deadlines.

Job Responsibility:

  • Monitor portals and inboxes for ITTs, RFQs, and framework opportunities
  • Distribute documentation, track progress, and manage submission deadlines
  • Create tender summaries and structured submission plans
  • Support framework governance, reporting, and compliance activity
  • Develop strong knowledge of Probrand’s digital procurement platforms
  • Lead responses to digital capability questions, clearly articulating user journey, automation, security, and support
  • Collaborate with the Digital Experience Team to ensure content remains current and impactful
  • Work with Category Buyers to secure accurate pricing and product insight
  • Align submissions with sales strategy and commercial objectives
  • Engage vendors for technical specifications, case studies, and supporting documentation
  • Monitor CCS pricing to ensure competitiveness and margin optimisation
  • Proof and quality-check all submissions before deadline
  • Maintain bid logs, win/loss data, and performance reports
  • Manage CRM setup, framework records, and reporting systems
