Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Tender Writer / Technical Author to lead and write responses to UK Public Sector tenders for UK Sovereign IT services. This role is critical in ensuring compliant, compelling, and timely submissions that align with government procurement standards and our strategic objectives. The successful candidate will work closely with technical, legal, and commercial teams to deliver winning proposals that demonstrate value, security, and sovereignty. As a Tender writer, you will be responsible for writing all of the content required for winning IT bid submissions and tenders for the UK Public Sector. You will be enrolled into the team and have extensive training on the product set, Company & type’s of tenders required to apply for. You will be expected to work solo on bids as well as in team’s when required – The expectation will be that you will solely apply for bid’s and create repeatable content within your bid writing team for assisting in future bids. Upon a successful downselection from the initial application to a bid, the sales team will be involved to work the opportunity through to completion.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and write responses to UK Public Sector tenders for UK Sovereign IT services
  • Work closely with technical, legal, and commercial teams to deliver winning proposals
  • Write all of the content required for winning IT bid submissions and tenders for the UK Public Sector
  • Work solo on bids as well as in teams when required
  • Create repeatable content within your bid writing team for assisting in future bids

Requirements:

  • Must be able to write all content for bids / tender responses as apposed to a ‘Bid Manager’
  • Could have an APMP qualification or be willing to undergo this certification
  • Must be able to pass an SC Security Check (UK Based, Passport holder 5+ yrs minimum)
