We are looking for a Tender Support to join our team based in Pomezia. The role actively supports and collaborates with the basic activities of the tender office.

Job Responsibility:

  • Scouts for Purchase requests, Tender processes, solicited and unsolicited requests from Hospitals, Clinics (public)
  • Assist preparation of initial tender documentation and coordinate obtaining the required approvals.
  • Maintains a list of qualified parties, especially as related to planned tenders
  • Compilation of various input to create a more complete tender proposal
  • Liaises with the concerned public institutions (hospitals, ASL, Consip, MEpa,…) on an ongoing basis with respect to Tender requirements and Tender status
  • Corresponds with concerned parties in conjunction with the tender process as required, ie, non-disclosure agreements, confirmation of interest, certifications, etc
  • Assists in preparation and/or review of Tender Documentation Packages comprising of Instructions to Bidders, Contract Form, General Terms Conditions, Bid Forms, etc
  • Assemble and maintain internal Procurement documentation relating to the tendering process, including recording management approval relating to tendering and contracting actions.
  • Maintains tender files and arranges their archiving upon Tender completion
  • Prepares Tenders status reports and expected timelines on a regular basis and when requested

Requirements:

  • english knowledge at level B2
  • Previous experience in Tender department
  • Previous experience in medical device market
  • Ability to analyze tender documents and identify key deliverables and deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills for liaising with internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Familiarity with e-procurement platforms and digital tendering tools.
  • Ability to analyze tender documents
