Job Description:

Quantity take-off and cost estimation; Obtain material and labor cost quotations from subcontractors and suppliers. Assemble material and labor pricing based on the bid bill of quantities (BOQ).

Job Responsibility:

Quantity take-off and cost estimation
Obtain material and labor cost quotations from subcontractors and suppliers
Assemble material and labor pricing based on the bid bill of quantities (BOQ)

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), AutoCAD, and relevant industry software
Passionate, dedicated, and highly responsible in your work
Committed to long-term professional development

Nice to have:

knowledge of Revit is a plus
familiarity with simulation and calculation software relevant to the discipline is preferred
