Job Responsibility

  • Searching for tenders independently and through an external tender search engine
  • Submitting and preparing tender documents
  • Identifying Baxter products and competitors in tender announcements
  • Entering bids into the BOOST application
  • Preparing the tender offer for the customer per the requirements of the SWZ
  • Asking questions for tender offers
  • Monitoring and coordinating the bidding process
  • Entering correct bid statuses into the application
  • Sending bids to the client
  • Entering tender results and bids from competitors and distributors into the application
  • Entering current business terms with customers into the JDE operating system
  • Following the procedures of the customer service department/tender team
  • Collaborating with the business department and other functional teams
  • Creating tender reports

Requirements

  • Knowledge of public procurement law (knowledge of government procurement, knowledge of public contracts)
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
  • Knowledge of English at a minimum B1 level, and Polish language proficiency
  • Communication skills
  • Discipline, ability to manage own time
  • Independence in performing tasks and ability to work in a team
  • Determination to provide the highest quality services
  • Comprehensiveness in action
  • Accuracy and reliability
  • Proven experience in a similar position
  • Preferred university degree - administration or law
