Job Description:

We are looking for a Tender Specialist to join our Tender team, who will be responsible for the operational and administrative management of public and private tenders, ensuring compliance with deadlines and documentation requirements, as well as coordinating with the internal teams involved.

Job Responsibility:

  • Daily monitoring of tender opportunities through dedicated portals and official sources
  • Analysis of tender notices and preparation of the required administrative documentation
  • Coordination with internal functions (Legal, Finance, Operations, etc.) to collect the necessary information
  • Management of deadlines and submission processes for tender documentation
  • Administration of supplier and procurement portals
  • Filing and updating of tender-related documentation in accordance with company procedures

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in similar roles, preferably within structured or corporate environments
  • Good knowledge of main e-procurement platforms and public tender regulations
  • Good command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Accuracy and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple activities and meet deadlines
  • Team-oriented approach and good collaboration skills
