Randstad Inhouse, Pharma Specialty, is looking for a Tender Office Representative on behalf of a well-established multinational corporation in the chemical-pharmaceutical industry.

Job Responsibility:

  • Formalization of Offers and Contracts: Drafting documents within assigned deadlines, ensuring absolute conformity with current regulations and J&J compliance procedures
  • Communication Management: Sorting and routing customer communications to all relevant internal stakeholders
  • Public Procurement Platforms: Updating company documentation and maintaining active registrations on various e-procurement portals
  • Post-Award Support: Formalizing reports and communications for clients during the supply execution phase
  • Pricing & Systems Management: Managing and aligning prices within internal systems to ensure billing accuracy and supply continuity
  • Data Analysis: Inputting, extracting, and analyzing data within company systems
  • Internal Audit: Conducting internal checks to verify process compliance
  • Project Documentation: Searching, collecting, and verifying contract documentation for specific projects or cross-functional needs

Requirements:

  • A degree in law, economics, or engineering
