The IT company Andersen invites a Tender Manager to join the team. Andersen is a pre-IPO software development company that provides a full cycle of services. Job Responsibility:

  • Registering on tender platforms and searching for new potential tenders
  • Analyzing requirements and verifying eligibility criteria for tender participation
  • Creating and maintaining bid trackers
  • Preparing necessary documentation for tender submissions
  • Participating in the development of commercial proposals
  • Submitting documents for tender participation
  • Communicating with customer representatives during workshops, meetings, and clarification sessions
  • Collaborating with marketing, lead generation, finance, compliance, pre-sales, delivery teams, and sales departments
  • Meeting sales targets through tender volume

Requirements:

  • Experience participating in tender procedures
  • Result-oriented approach, attention to detail when working with large volumes of information and documents, self-organization
  • Analytical work experience
  • Stress resistance, energy, and strong communication skills
  • Negotiation skills and ability to handle objections
  • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate+ level or higher

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of Arabic, French or Italian at Intermediate level and above
