Make your mark as a tender manager for Boskalis Subsea Cables by leading the tender process, winning challenging projects, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders! As tender manager you are responsible for the tender from start to finish. You lead, motivate, and coach your tender team and ensure they can perform at their best. You have a focus on smooth and timely delivery of our proposals towards our clients and at the same time you make sure that company standards are fully considered. All with the goal of creating that winning bid. Your main area of focus will be on tenders related to the energy transition, specifically in the Offshore Wind sector. Your clients will primarily be energy infrastructure developers and transmission system operators. As a leader of the tender team, you will have the opportunity to win unique offshore projects, such as the installation scope for large offshore wind farms like Hollandse Kust West Beta, Ostwind II, Baltica 2!
