Tenant Service Manager

• Provide operational asset and facility management interface with InfraCo's suppliers and stakeholders
• Manage relationships between site tenants, suppliers, and other stakeholders
• Report on InfraCo's suppliers service delivery performance
• Actively investigate customer impacting events using problem management techniques
• Respond to customer issues in a timely manner
• Manage escalated facilities matters and provide stakeholder updates
• Ensure health, safety, environmental and security incident notifications are managed through to resolution
• Implement innovative solutions and drive use of technology to improve customer service and reduce costs

• Minimum 5 years' experience in facilities management, building, or other property management related field
• Demonstrated ability to perform in high-pressure, deadline critical situations
• Experienced in engaging and managing management expectations
• Expert communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements & critical facilities operations
• Knowledge of vendor management for specialized services
• Understanding of basic technical aspects of property (Computer Room Air-conditioning, Chiller system, Fire Protection system, Mechanical & Electrical system, BMS system)

Trade background in Electrical or Air-conditioning fields
