Job Description:

This role is responsible for overseeing all tenant interactions throughout the retail fit-out process, from initial design kick-off and drawing review to successful store opening. It leads fit-out activities for new development projects and provides support for ongoing mall operations, ensuring effective coordination and seamless collaboration between the commercial leasing team, projects, and the centre management office team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee all tenant interactions throughout the retail fit-out process
  • Lead fit-out activities for new development projects
  • Provide support for ongoing mall operations
  • Ensure effective coordination between commercial leasing team, projects, and centre management office team
  • Oversee and ensure tenant fit-out contractors and designers follow processes, timeline, and procedures
  • Ensure Landlord Tenant MEP Provision are installed according to approved drawings
  • Initiate inspections of newly developed retail shops
  • Accountable for overall renovation works according to timeline and vacant possession date
  • Manage Tenant Coordination of Project Development and initial Leasing phases
  • Lead internal coordination between Construction & Project Management team and Shopping Centre Stakeholders
  • Prepare Lease Outline Drawings (LODs)
  • Process technical drawings
  • Review Concept design submission and Detailed Design Architectural & MEP Submission
  • Validate design issues related to MEPF and Architectural Designs
  • Lead and support all handover forms, inspection forms, FTI, compilations of Permit to Work Documents
  • Manage and monitor TC's weekly progress reporting

Requirements:

  • 5–8 years' experience in mall fit-out management, retail ID design, architecture, engineering, or project management
  • Preferably within a shopping centre environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Project
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail, reliability, and effective time management
  • Able to work independently, make sound decisions under pressure, and manage confidential information with discretion
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Familiarity with construction processes, building codes, and local authority or tenant requirements
