Job Description

This is a temporary role to join the Tenancy Support Services Assistant Team for a fixed-term project of 7 weeks to process annual rent changes for customers on Universal Credit. The role supports Welfare Benefit Officers and Tenancy Sustainment Officers, working to ensure customers are supported and homes remain safe.

Job Responsibility

  • Process annual rent changes for customers on Universal Credit accurately and timely
  • Support with grant payments to customers
  • Be a vital point of contact for the DWP
  • Support colleagues and customers with the administration of services
  • Keep accurate customer records to ensure continuity of service
  • Work closely with numerous teams around Abri

Requirements

  • Enthusiastic administrator
  • Great IT skills
  • Great people skills
  • Basic knowledge of Universal Credit and Housing Benefit (good but not essential)
