Now, we’re happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Tenancy Progressor in our Herne Bay office. The salary package on offer is between £26,000-£28,000 depending on experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with landlords, and prospective tenants to facilitate seamless application process
  • Administer references from tenants seeking rental properties
  • Communicating with both landlords and tenants effectively and efficiently
  • Take ownership of all issues, queries and inquiries to achieve a successful outcome for all parties involved
  • Provide support to a busy, fast paced team

Requirements:

  • A natural "people" person, with exceptional communication skills, with the ability to confidently and quickly build relationships with clients both face-to-face and over the phone
