Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Tenancy Progressor. This is a full-time, permanent position located in our Edinburgh. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of 35 hours, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. The salary is £23,000 - £23,500pa

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing tenant application process
  • Carrying out tenant reference checks
  • Preparing & signing lease agreements for new tenancies
  • Arranging move in appointments for tenants
  • Managing change of tenancy process
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Taking payments for new tenancies
  • Scheduling Property Manager visits
  • Preparing keys, parking fobs, permits & certification for new tenancies
  • General office administration

Requirements:

  • Whilst Property Management experience is not essential, it is preferable and will make the transition for the successful applicant easier with some sector knowledge
  • Excellent customer services skills
  • Strong Administration and organisational skills
  • Strong IT skills, MS Word, Excel
  • You must have the current legal right to work in the UK
