Job Description:

At KFH, we are London's largest property services group — and we're growing. As part of the Lomond group, our services span sales, lettings, block management, surveying, and financial services. You will report into our Assistant Manager.

Job Responsibility:

  • Prepare renewal of tenancy letters, addendums, statements of account, offer confirmation letters and Tenancy Agreements
  • Email completed documents to landlords and tenants, deal with follow up queries, prepare amended documentation and once approved email to relevant parties
  • Ensure customer service standards are maintained by answering telephone and responding to emails
  • Process payments through Sage Pay for Rent or Landlord letting fees
  • Renew tenant's deposits on TDS website upon renewal and email tenant the new deposit certificate in a timely manner
