This is a key role focused on managing serious and complex anti-social behaviour (ASB) cases, taking ownership of escalated cases and delivering robust enforcement action to protect communities.
Job Responsibility:
Manage a caseload of high-level ASB and tenancy breach cases, including escalations from Neighbourhood Officers
Investigate cases thoroughly, gathering evidence and progressing enforcement action in line with policy
Draft and serve legal notices including Notices Seeking Possession and other enforcement documentation
Prepare witness statements and represent the organisation in court where required
Act as the lead point of contact for serious ASB cases, including those within supported housing
Work in partnership with external agencies (Police, Local Authorities, support services) to resolve cases
Provide guidance and support to colleagues on lower-level ASB and tenancy breaches
Produce reports and KPI data on ASB casework
Requirements:
Strong experience managing ASB and tenancy enforcement cases within social housing
Solid understanding of housing legislation and ASB enforcement processes
Experience preparing legal documentation and attending court proceedings
Ability to manage complex, sensitive cases and deliver outcomes
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
