Job Description

Slough Borough Council is looking to hire two motivated, confident and community-minded Tenancy Audit Officers to join our Housing Services team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a hands-on role in ensuring our tenant and property records are accurate, homes are being occupied appropriately, and residents receive the right support at the right time.

Job Responsibility

  • Carry out scheduled and ad-hoc home visits across Slough
  • gather vital information about occupancy, tenancy arrangements, household circumstances and property condition
  • work closely with Senior Neighbourhood Officers and other teams to identify repairs, safeguarding concerns, domestic abuse or anti-social behaviour issues, and suspected tenancy fraud
