Job Description

Punctual and proactive Temporary Works Coordinator to join a large scale and exciting construction project based at Devonport. Fantastic opportunity for someone seeking a varied and challenging role where you can make a difference.

Job Responsibility

  • Administration of the project temporary works register and updating the schedule of designs
  • Assembly of design packs of completed temporary works designs
  • Submission of design packs to the client for approval via CDE (CEMAR)
  • Filing of approved temporary works designs on the project CDE (ProjectWise)
  • Administration of the project permit to load/dismantle register
  • Filing of approved temporary works permits on the Project CDE (ProjectWise)
  • Filing of scaffolding handover and weekly inspection documentation from sub-contractors
