Job Description:

Punctual and proactive Temporary Works Coordinator to join a large scale and exciting construction project based at Devonport. Fantastic opportunity for someone seeking a varied and challenging role where you can make a difference.

Job Responsibility:

Administration of the project temporary works register and updating the schedule of designs
Assembly of design packs of completed temporary works designs
Submission of design packs to the client for approval via CDE (CEMAR)
Filing of approved temporary works designs on the project CDE (ProjectWise)
Administration of the project permit to load/dismantle register
Filing of approved temporary works permits on the Project CDE (ProjectWise)
Filing of scaffolding handover and weekly inspection documentation from sub-contractors

Requirements:

Punctual with excellent communication skills
Ability to prioritise and deliver against key tasks
Experience working in a busy multi-disciplinary work environment
Pro-active team worker
Excellent organisational skills
Effective communication skills
Diligence and attention to detail
Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships at all levels
Experience of working in a busy office environment
